Check-in difficulties arise after 6 PM due to a lack of reception staff, making it tough to address issues like the power outages faced. The balcony offers little privacy, facing directly into other balconies.

Positive, The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a family. It had a big bathroom and an equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine. Nighttime was quiet with fresh air from the open window. The location was prime for exploring with friendly staff to help.

this place woudl ve been decent if not for the miserable service and an ancient mattress that left me with back pain. i was hoping for complimentary perks, but i guess they reserve that for their favorites. the entrance felt absolutely shabby, so you have fair warning about the inside! could've made it a great experience but just couldn’t.

The location is fantastic, right by the metro and tons of places to eat! The room was clean and tidy, and I really appreciated that they let us check in early and even upgraded us a bit.
